At Oomomo Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique Japanese lifestyle finds. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and original packaging.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging and fall within the 14-day return window. Please note that for hygiene reasons, cosmetics, earrings, and food items are final sale.
Prepare Documentation
Locate your original paper receipt or digital order confirmation. A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for all processing of refunds or store credit.
Visit a Location
Bring your items and receipt to the customer service desk at any Oomomo retail location across Canada. Our staff will inspect the products to ensure they meet our resale standards.
Receive Refund
Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. For online orders, please contact our support team to initiate a return shipment if you cannot visit a store.
